Our story
NK Developers is a new-age industrial real estate brand creating future-ready spaces for businesses to grow. The work began in 2013 with a simple idea: industrial parks should be as carefully planned as the businesses that occupy them.
We combine modern masterplanning, quality RCC and PEB infrastructure, legal transparency and practical design. Every project is built for today’s operations and tomorrow’s expansion — across Ahmedabad’s key industrial corridors.

2013 NK Developers begins
Started in Ahmedabad with a simple brief — industrial parks should be planned as carefully as the businesses that occupy them. The first years were spent on land, titles and a construction method we could stand behind. No brochure parks — only plots and sheds a manufacturer could actually run.
2016 Sardar 1 & 2
First industrial cluster handed over in Naroda. Practical sheds, strong compound security and a template we still build on. Sardar proved the model: clear titles, usable yards, and a compound that works at 2 a.m. It is still the reference for how we lay out a cluster.
2019 Gopinath 4
Mixed-use on the SP Ring Road — commercial frontage with industrial depth for traders and light manufacturing. Showroom below, workshop behind. Gopinath 4 was for businesses that need both visibility and a working floor plate on the city’s primary ring.
2022 NK-3 Ind. Park

Eco-conscious campus at Bakrol — landscaped roads, solar-ready sheds and the quality bar for everything that followed. NK-5 Green is the campus we measure new work against: landscape, solar-ready roofs, and a public-facing standard of finish unusual for industrial product.
2026 NK-5 Industrial Hub
Complimentary 5-HP rooftop solar with every shed. Future-ready infrastructure, now open for booking in Bakrol. Every unit includes 5-HP rooftop solar. Power, logistics and titles are part of the handover — the hub is open for booking now.
